Terms and Conditions

1. Parties, age, and acceptance

Yatomoto Homes LLC operates weirmt5.com and licenses the Command Deck. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your place of residence. If you use the product for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

If you do not agree, do not start a trial, do not pay, and do not install or run the software. Checking the trial box, completing Stripe checkout, or clicking Continue is your signature on these Terms.

These Terms are the contract for the website and the software. They are not a private legal consultation and do not create an attorney-client relationship.

2. License to use the Command Deck

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Command Deck for your own evaluation or paid subscription, on machines you control, while your trial or paid access is in good standing.

You may not:

All rights we do not grant stay with Yatomoto Homes LLC. The Command Deck, room layouts, copy, graphics, names, and weirmt5.com are our intellectual property. “WEIR,” “WEIR Autonomy,” and “WEIR MT5 Command Deck” are used as product names of the operator.

Each download is a separate install with its own identity and its own arm/disarm. The operator Command Deck and this website cannot flip autonomy on another person’s copy. You are responsible for the copy running on your machine.

3. Trial, one-time rule, and paid plans

The public trial is a one-time 14-day evaluation. Stripe holds a payment method to confirm identity and stop repeat free trials. You are not charged on the day you start if Stripe starts you on a trial.

One free trial per person, payment method, email, and household. Ending a trial and signing up again does not unlock another free 14 days. We may refuse or end a trial if we believe the one-time rule is being bypassed.

If you remain subscribed after day 14, paid access continues at the plan you chose at checkout, currently:

Prices may change for later checkouts. The price Stripe shows you at checkout is the price that applies to that subscription. After a paid period starts, canceling stops the next renewal; it does not always refund time already paid.

If a trial or paid period ends and you do not renew, the downloaded Command Deck may pause charts, autonomy, and related rooms until you restart a subscription and enter a valid unlock. Local trial days that remain on a machine are not a promise of a second Stripe trial.

4. Payments, Stripe, cancel, and refunds

Cards, Apple Pay, Link, and related checkout are processed by Stripe. Yatomoto Homes LLC is the merchant of record named at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on weirmt5.com. Stripe’s terms also apply to the payment.

Cancel during the 14 days with Cancel trial — no charge on the success or wallet page, which opens Stripe. Cancel there before day 15 and you pay nothing for the trial. You can also manage billing in the Stripe customer portal when we provide that link.

Chargebacks filed to avoid a bill you authorized may lead us to close the account and refuse later access. If a charge fails, we may suspend the license until payment succeeds.

Software, digital download, and time-limited access are generally not returnable once delivered. Refunds are not guaranteed except where a law in your location requires one. Email lennox@weirmt5.com if a charge looks wrong; we will look at the Stripe record.

5. Trading risk — this is not advice

The Command Deck, rooms, scores, READY/WATCH labels, scanners, and any commentary are tools and information, not investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. We are not your broker, advisor, or fiduciary. Nothing on weirmt5.com or in the software is an offer to buy or sell any instrument.

Leveraged foreign exchange, CFDs, metals, indices, and related products can produce rapid and total loss of capital. You can lose more than you expect. Past results, screenshots, and demo or paper outcomes do not predict future results.

You alone decide whether to arm autonomy, place, modify, or close orders, size positions, and use a live or demo account. You accept full responsibility for every order that leaves your terminal, including orders the software suggests, copies, or sends while armed.

If trading is not lawful for you, or you cannot bear the loss, do not use the Command Deck on a live account.

6. Autonomy, copy trading, brokers, and MetaTrader

Autonomy, bridges, expert advisors, and copy-trading paths can open, close, and change orders without a click on every ticket. Slippage, rejects, weekends, news, connection drops, wrong symbols, and broker rules can make the result different from what you expected.

You must keep your own risk limits, passwords, and broker permissions. We do not promise that autonomy will trade, will not trade, or will match another account. Instant closes, zero-profit tickets, missed signals, and silent periods can happen.

WEIR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of MetaQuotes Ltd, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, or any broker you connect. “MT5” and “MetaTrader” are used only to describe compatibility. Your broker’s contract, margin rules, and platform license sit between you and that broker. We are not a party to those contracts and do not hold your trading funds.

Demo, trial, and live results are not interchangeable. A follower account can differ from a leader because of lot math, mapping, delay, or platform (including MT4 versus MT5).

7. AI Insights and third-party models

AI Insights and credit-wallet features may call third-party models (including Claude or other providers we wire in). Those systems can be wrong, late, incomplete, or unavailable. Dual-AI cycles may use more than one credit. Trial wallets are limited; unused credits do not create a cash value.

Do not treat model text as a signal you must take. Do not paste secrets, other people’s account numbers, or data you are not allowed to share into prompts. Provider outages are outside our control.

8. Your duties and what you may not do

You agree to:

You may not:

We may suspend a license, trial, or site access if these rules are broken, if payment fails, or if we must do so to protect the service or other users.

9. Warranty disclaimer, liability cap, and indemnity

THE SITE, TRIAL KIT, COMMAND DECK, BRIDGE, EXPERT ADVISORS, AND AI FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation, or that scores, quotes, or autonomy will be accurate or profitable.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Yatomoto Homes LLC, and its owners, officers, contractors, and suppliers, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost trades, missed entries, slippage, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised they were possible.

Our total liability for all claims about the site or software is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Command Deck in the three months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US $50). Some places do not allow certain limits; there the limit is the smallest one the law allows.

You will defend and indemnify Yatomoto Homes LLC and its people against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees that arise from your use of the product, your trading, your broker relationship, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent a court finds we caused the harm by willful misconduct.

10. Privacy, changes, law, and contact

Privacy and data

We collect what you type into trial and checkout (name, email, and the fact of a Stripe session), technical logs needed to run Netlify functions, and license or install checks the Command Deck sends to confirm a paid or trial state. Stripe processes payment details. We use this to deliver the trial, bill, prevent abuse, and support you. We do not sell your contact list. Email lennox@weirmt5.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion where the law gives you that right. We may keep billing and fraud records as the law or Stripe requires.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The new date will show at the top. If you keep using the site or software after a change is posted, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change, cancel and stop using the product.

Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Yatomoto Homes LLC keeps its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we will first try to resolve a dispute by email to lennox@weirmt5.com. If that fails, courts in that state have jurisdiction, except where a consumer law in your home gives you a mandatory forum we cannot change.

Other

If one clause is unenforceable, the rest stay in force. These Terms are the entire agreement for the website and the Command Deck, and they replace older website copy about the same subjects. A failure to enforce a right once is not a waiver. You may not assign the contract without our written consent; we may assign it with the business.
